I am Margot Malachowski, a native of Massachusetts with matrilineal roots that reach northward to Acadia and Quebec. As a librarian, I help people find information that supports their own decision-making. This skill aids my research into family history. Tracing North documents my exploration into genealogy, French language, and the historical reasons for migration to New England. And I will share a recipe or two.
